Electric surgical beds are now widely used because they are convenient for doctors and ensure patient comfort. Below, I will introduce the automatic protection function of its moving cylinder.
Currently, the shortcomings of the existing technology of electric surgical beds are addressed. A hinge mechanism for the bed pad translation component is proposed, using a hydraulic cylinder and an electromechanical power hydraulic surgical table device. In one electric hydraulic surgical table translation device, a shifting cylinder, a hip plate seat, and a connecting mechanism are used. The shifting cylinder is characterized by being a double-acting telescopic cylinder. The cylinder base is connected to the connecting rod end via a universal joint, which in turn connects to the front end of the hip plate seat.
Translation is achieved through the hydraulic cylinder piston chamber, piston rod, and the piston rod end connected to the driven hip plate seat, producing displacement parallel to the surgical table to achieve parallel hip plate movement. When the pressure oil chamber of the piston in the connecting rod cylinder is activated, the piston rod retracts. Conversely, by controlling the translation piston chamber and the piston rod cylinder pressure oil chamber through this sequence, the initial position of the hip plate can be achieved, enabling parallel movement of the hip plate position. This eliminates manual labor, increases the level of mechanization and automation, and is beneficial for enhancing the automatic protection function of the control system.
