The ICU bridge-type hoist is used in hospital ICU wards and is essential medical rescue auxiliary equipment in modern intensive care units. It mainly consists of a bridge frame, a dry section, and a wet section. Its features include a reasonable dry-wet separation structure and a wet area equipped with a flexible infusion stand. The dry and wet areas are equipped with a lifting and adjusting platform, and oxygen, air, suction, power, network output terminals, and infusion pump racks are distributed in the dry and wet areas. Various systems can also be selected according to hospital requirements.
Main technical parameters and configuration:
1. Operating power supply: AC220V, 50HZ;
2. Beam length 2800~3000mm (actual size shall be based on the on-site measurement); 2 lighting lamps; 10 power sockets
3. Equipped with a brake device, the equipment has no drift, and the equipment can be easily moved when released;
4. Hoisting-type dry section tower: 1. Configuration as follows:
⑴ Instrument platform: 2 layers (height adjustable) optional 550×400*30mm or 550×400*43mm;
⑵ Standard configuration of gas terminals: (2 oxygen, 2 suction, 2 air) (optional imported terminals)
a. Different interface colors and shapes, with misconnection prevention function;
b. More than 20,000 plug-in cycles;
c. Double sealing, with three states (on, off, pull), can be maintained with gas;
(3) Ground terminals: 2;
(4) Network interface: RJ45 1; Telephone interface: 1
(5) 2 lighting lamps;
(6) 1 drawer;
(7) Rotatable: 0~340°;
(8) Net load capacity of dry section tower ≥80kg;
(9) All gas terminals, power interfaces, and weak current interfaces are located on the terminal box, with electrical and gas separation, and the power supply and gas source are installed separately on the aluminum alloy columns of the tower.
5. Hanging column-type wet section tower: 1. Configuration as follows:
(1) Standard configuration of gas terminals: (2 oxygen, 2 suction, 2 air)
a. With misconnection prevention function;
b. More than 20,000 plug-in cycles;
c. Double sealing, with three states (on, off, pull), can be maintained with gas;
(2) 2 grounding terminals;
(3) 1 stainless steel adjustable infusion rod rack;
(4) 2 stainless steel adjustable injection pump racks; with 8 infusion bottle hooks
(5) 1 storage basket;
(6) Rotatable: 0~340°;
(7) Power interfaces are on both sides of the tower, and gas sources are distributed on the back of the tower, fully realizing electrical and gas separation to ensure safe equipment use
6. The main material is high-strength aluminum alloy profile;
7. Surface treatment uses electrostatic spraying.
