The electric multi-functional labor bed (LDR) is a warm and comfortable bed designed for the various stages of care for obstetric patients, suitable for use during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. The bed allows for easy conversion of birthing positions, providing ample comfort for the mother during the delivery process. I. Performance Introduction
The labor bed is a low-initial-position labor bed developed and designed based on the needs of a wide range of users. Its lower bed surface allows pregnant women to get on and off the bed more safely and effectively. In addition, the bed's mechanical structure and electrical control system have absorbed and learned from the advantages of its predecessor and user suggestions, and have undergone some improvements.
The backrest and seat are connected in a linkage structure. When operating the backrest angle, the seat also reaches a reasonable angle at the same time. The leg rest can be adjusted up and down independently, and it is also equipped with a tilt function, making the adjustment of posture more reasonable. It saves the time of back-and-forth movement. The bottom chassis uses large-size casters to increase the braking stability of the bed and make the movement of the bed and the patient more convenient.

Material and functional requirements
▲ 1 Bed surface: The entire bed surface is designed with a comfortable ergonomic curve to improve the comfort of the mother. The bed pad uses high-quality PVC material. The backrest and seat pads are made using a one-piece molding process, with a seamless and stitch-free surface. The pad color is warm and full, and it is waterproof, stain-proof, easy to clean, mildew-proof, antibacterial, abrasion-resistant, and flame-retardant, with a color fastness ≥ grade 4.
2 A semi-circular cutout is set in the middle of the seat pad to facilitate medical staff operations and waste disposal.
3 The headboard and guardrails are made of steel-plastic structure with high strength, beautiful and generous appearance, and can be easily installed, removed, or hidden.
4 The leg rest and lumbar support are hidden, facilitating bed operation during emergency deliveries.
5 A stainless steel waste basin is located under the seat.
▲ 6 Central brakes are located on both sides of the chassis, and large-size imported casters are used to increase the braking stability of the bed and make the movement of the bed and patient transfer more convenient.
7 The labor bed has a head-down, foot-up position for emergency rescue of pregnant women.
8 The power system uses electric motor control. The main unit is a spiral, DC push-rod motor from LINAK of Denmark. The safety voltage is DC24V, requiring no voltage regulator, and the operation is safe and stable.
9 The overall lifting, tilting, and backrest lifting of the bed are electrically controlled. Handheld or foot-operated controls are optional, making operation convenient and flexible.
▲ 10 The leg rest lifting of the labor bed uses electric motor operation, and the height can be adjusted according to the patient's position, facilitating the use of various birthing positions such as side-lying, sitting, and prone positions.
11 The lowest height of the bed is 580mm, making it easy for shorter mothers to get on and off the bed.
12 Equipped with a hidden auxiliary table, medical personnel can perform arbitrary limiting and fixing within a certain range, greatly facilitating clinical delivery use.
