1. The bed frame is made of high-quality carbon steel rectangular profiles, with frame specifications: 30 × 60 × 1.2mm.

2. Head and footboards: Made of ABS engineering plastic using one-time injection molding, with a smooth surface that is easy to clean.

3. The bed surface is made using 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate die-pressing technology, maintaining the integrity of the bed surface, improving bed board strength, and ensuring smooth, seamless corners. A reinforced steel pipe structure is added to all four sides of the back, providing strong pressure resistance and preventing deformation.

4. *Bed legs are made of 30 × 60 × 1.2mm square tubes.

III. Functional Configuration:

1. Electric backrest adjustment 0-70° ±5°, electric leg adjustment 0-40° ±5°, overall height adjustment 450-700mm.

2. The guardrail uses a tilting folding guardrail, with high-quality electrophoretic aluminum alloy crossbeams and a surface hardening treatment. It has 6 stainless steel round tube pillars, with pillar specifications: Φ19 × 1.2mm. The upper and lower joints are steel joints, connected to the stainless steel pillars using hollow rivet technology, making folding easy. The base uses 30*30*1.2 steel tubing. The guardrail switch has an anti-pinch function.

3. *The head and footboards can be easily removed and have a locking device. The outer side of the footboard is equipped with a headboard nameplate. There are anti-collision corner guards and anti-collision wheels at the four corners.

5. Carbon steel surface treatment: Uses a proprietary fully automatic electrostatic powder spraying production line for one-time completion. Before spraying, rust is removed using a high-speed shot blasting machine, followed by water washing, degreasing, pickling, and double phosphating. An epoxy resin protective film is uniformly electrophoretically deposited on the metal surface and the inner and outer walls of the tubing to form an anti-oxidation coating, followed by electrostatic powder spraying, truly achieving rust prevention inside and out, extending the service life of the hospital bed.

6. Uses high-quality, quiet casters with a diameter of 125mm, with a stainless steel bracket. The wheel surface uses polyurethane material, which is acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, and never rusts, while also being flexible to move and reliable in braking.

7. *The entire bed uses robot group welding to ensure welding accuracy.

8. All plastic parts are made using injection molding equipment for one-time injection molding.

9. Equipped with a matching dedicated mattress, specifications: 1930 × 890 × 600mm. The size of the mattress complements the general hospital bed. It has a two-fold function. The fabric uses a new type of waterproof cowhide fabric, which is impermeable to liquids and easy to wipe, keeping the bed surface clean and hygienic for a long time. It is breathable and non-slip. It has a 2cm high-elastic hard sponge for comfort and durability, and will not deform. It has 4cm of natural Hainan coconut fiber, which is hygienic and environmentally friendly. The mattress is equipped with a zipper for easy removal and cleaning.
