Medical furniture specially designed for infant placement, care, and treatment in obstetric hospitals and pediatric wards.

Main technical and operational characteristics:
This infant crib shall be designed, both structurally and functionally, to ensure the safe placement and clinical care of newborns in obstetric hospitals and perinatal centers.
This crib shall be composed of the following main components:
(1) Mobile Chassis
(2) Detachable Cradle-Style Bathtub
(3) Detachable Mattress
(4) Detachable metal mesh basket
Mobile Chassis (Frame) Parameters
Knockout construction
The device shall be designed for high stability to ensure balance and resistance to tilting under all operating conditions. Its structure must be ergonomically optimized and fully functional, with no decorative elements, sharp edges, or burrs. All surfaces and joints shall be smooth and even, and visible welds or signs of manufacturing defects shall be absent at component connections.
The crib frame shall be fabricated from high-quality steel and coated with an environmentally friendly polymer coating that is resistant to intensive treatment with hospital-grade disinfectants. The specific grade of steel to be used and the coating process must be clearly specified.
Frame mobility provided by four dual-rotation (360°) casters;
The conduit diameter shall be no less than 100 mm;
At least two bogies arranged diagonally shall be equipped with braking systems (the total number of braked bogies must be specified).
Roller material – polyurethane (rollers must be mark-free);
Catheter design – with a plastic side cover (sheath);
The chassis (frame) dimensions shall be consistent with the dimensions of the detachable infant bathtub specified in Clause 1.4 of these Technical Requirements (the frame dimensions must be clearly defined).
The device shall be equipped with a transfer handle or an alternative structural solution to ensure easy mobility within patient rooms and hospital corridors.
Detachable Cradle Bathtub Specifications
A fully transparent, medical-grade acrylic baby bathtub (with a thickness of no less than 4 mm);
This crib shall be designed to ensure maximum safety for newborns and to provide unobstructed, long-range, full-field-of-view observation of the infant.
The crib shall be structurally anchored to the frame platform and equipped with four stable contact points at the base to ensure stability;
The bottom features a perforated design with at least 10 holes to ensure natural ventilation;
A name card holder for newborn identification is located at the bottom of the bathtub;
The height of the crib shall be fixed. Height-adjustable models are available as an optional configuration.
The top edge of the bathtub, in the horizontal plane, shall not be lower than 900 millimeters;
The external length of the catheter shall not be less than (the internal length must be explicitly specified): 800 millimeters;
The external width of the conduit shall not be less than (the internal width must be specified): 450 mm;
The wall height shall be no less than 250 mm;
The edges of the bathing basin shall be rounded (with no sharp edges) to ensure that the mother or healthcare personnel can grasp it securely when removing the basin—containing the newborn—from the frame. Alternatively, a design incorporating dedicated integrated handles may be used for this purpose.
The head-up tilt angle (reverse Trendelenburg) shall be no less than 10°;
Adjusting mechanism – gas spring-assisted.
Adjustable mattress parameters
Mattress material – polyurethane (single-layer construction) with pressure redistribution properties;
Thickness shall be not less than: 40 mm;
The mattress must fully cover the bottom of the bathtub to ensure a snug fit (mattress dimensions must be specified);
Mattress cover – polyurethane (waterproof, breathable, and resistant to medical disinfectants); zippered closure;
Proposed technical information for the mattress and bedspread.
Detachable Metal Mesh Basket Specifications
Used for storing newborn care supplies (such as diapers, swaddling clothes, sterile wipes, etc.);
The basket shall be fabricated from high-quality steel, coated with an environmentally friendly polymer coating, and capable of withstanding intensive treatment with hospital-grade disinfectants (the specific grade of steel and coating technology to be used must be clearly specified).
The basket must be smooth, with no sharp angles or edges (no burr structure);
Installation location – lower chassis frame. The basket shall be easy to remove and install without tools;
While providing adequate storage capacity, the basket’s overhanging portions shall not exceed the frame dimensions (basket dimensions must be specified);
The safe working load (for the frame and cylinder assembly) shall not be less than 10 kg.

Additional equipment, components, spare parts, and consumables:
Mosquito net: 1
The design and dimensions of the mosquito net shall ensure that it can be conveniently and securely fastened to the proposed crib model;
The mesh size shall ensure unobstructed airflow and a clear line of sight for the newborn, while also providing reliable protection against insects such as flies and mosquitoes.
Foldable design—The mesh structure must be wrinkle-resistant and shall not develop wrinkles when folded;
The net shall be made of environmentally friendly, durable materials that are resistant to frequent washing (the specific materials used must be specified).
